The residential construction project carried out by BBR Yapı in Turkestan, Kazakhstan began in October 2021 and is still under way. Built over a total area of 14,608 square metres, these homes are designed as turnkey projects offering modern, comfortable living spaces. The project aims to raise living standards in the region and bring a contemporary architectural approach to Turkestan.
BBR Yapı manages every stage of the construction process with great care, using high-quality materials to build durable structures. Bringing together aesthetics and function, the project aims to offer a lasting answer to the region’s housing needs. Once complete, it will serve as a new residential centre adding value to the modern urban fabric of Turkestan.
