The Hotel & Water Park project built by BBR Yapı in Aktau, Kazakhstan began in September 2019 and was completed in June 2020. Spread over a broad area of 160,000 square metres, the project was designed with comprehensive structural, finishing and façade works. Bringing modern accommodation and water leisure areas together, it set out to secure an important place for Aktau in the tourism and entertainment sector.
Keeping quality and aesthetics at the forefront, BBR Yapı built a comfortable and striking structure. The Hotel & Water Park offers guests both a luxurious stay and an enjoyable time in its water attractions. As one of Aktau’s centres of attraction, the project makes an important contribution to the tourism and leisure options of the region.
